These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KonaStat mobile app and this website. By using KonaStat, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Fantasy gameplay
KonaStat fantasy is provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not involve real-money wagering, entry fees, or cash prizes. Scoring is derived from real match events and is provided on a best-effort basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Sports data and accuracy
Live scores, statistics, and related data are aggregated from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. KonaStat is not liable for decisions made in reliance on this data.
Intellectual property
KonaStat and its logos, design, and software are owned by KonaStat. Team names, logos, and league marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KonaStat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may modify the service or these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by KonaStat. (Governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed.)
