Account & sign-in
How do I create an account?
Download KonaStat from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with Google to get started.
I can’t sign in.
Make sure you’re using the same Google account you signed up with and that you’re on the latest app version. If it still fails, email us with the email address you use and a description of what happens.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@konastat.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my account,” and we’ll permanently remove your account and associated personal data. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.
Scores & stats
How accurate are the live scores?
Scores and statistics are aggregated from multiple sports data providers and updated in real time. Occasionally data may be briefly delayed or corrected as providers confirm events. The app is for information and entertainment — please don’t rely on it for wagering or other consequential decisions.
Which sports are supported?
Soccer, American football, basketball, and baseball, with more competitions added over time.
Fantasy
How does fantasy scoring work?
You build a squad within a salary cap and earn points from real match events; your captain scores double, and you climb live leaderboards. Fantasy is for entertainment only — there are no entry fees and no cash prizes.
My fantasy points look wrong.
Points and salary values are computed on a best-effort basis and can be adjusted as providers confirm match data. If something still looks off after the match is final, email us the player, match, and what you expected.

Turn notifications on or off in the app’s settings, and in your device’s system settings for KonaStat.
